If you're just starting out and don't want to splash too much cash getting on your feet, this compressor is the one for you. Not only is this pressurized unit the cheapest, but it is also the lightest and smallest, weighing in at just 7.7kg. The portability of this unit is unbeaten, it's lack of weight means you won't get sore arms carrying it to a client! Equally, the removable carry handle makes it easier than ever to load into tight spaces, whether it be the back of your van or the passenger seat of your car, you can take this compressor anywhere.
Why not pair it with our blue Fasco 71 series upholstery stapler and blue 10m coiled airline and create a perfectly matching set. Just get in touch and we'll happily assist in conjuring up a bespoke kit for you!
Providing 1.2kW of power at 4,000rpm, this 230v Draper 6l compressor will dish out more than enough firing power for all light-duty stapling and second fix nailing. Maintaining this 1.5HP compressor is a breeze; it's oil-free which makes your life easier by not having to check and replace it while also benefiting the environment. The only maintenance procedure that we would recommend would be to empty the tank after every use using the upper pin. Then depending on usage, leave the lower drain valve open overnight every 2-3 weeks to ensure all built-up moisture is removed from the reservoir.
Why not watch this short video where Steve explains how to care for your compressor - note that the example in the video is an oiled unit so not everything stated will apply however it still provides a great overview on general compressor maintenance.
Overall, this machine will get you the very 'best bang for your buck' and we'd recommend it to anyone looking to start out with a smaller budget.
