Deliveries to UK Mainland are Free for orders over £100 Exl Vat £120 with theVat

Delivery Charges will not exceed £8.50 for Standard 2 - 3 day service

Next Day Delivery charges are in two tiers depending on size and weight 
Tier - 1 is £11.00 (Smaller items including Guns)
Tier - 2 is £22.00 (Larger items such as box of Coil Nails)
This will be worked out for you on the check out page.
(Please note next day delivery is only available for UK Mainland) 



Most items are normally delivered 2 - 3 working days after the order has been dispatched, but there are exceptions which are clearly marked on the item description. 

Please note: Delivery times to the Highlands, Islands, Republic of Ireland and areas outside of the UK mainland can vary and items can take up to 3-4 working days to reach their destination.

Orders on Next Day Delivery that are placed before 1.30pm Mon-Fri, will be sent out that same day and will be delivered the following working day. Couriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, orders placed after 4.00pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. 



In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver in the times stated above, we will either notify you through e-mail or telephone.

How much is UK delivery?

To calculate the delivery of your item, click on 'Add To Cart' so the item is added to your basket. On the Top Right hand side of the page Just Underneath the search box click on 'Shopping Cart' then type in your County and your Postcode, type in your postcode and click 'Recalculate'. Click the drop down box were it says 'Please Select' You can then continue to checkout or go back and add more items to your basket. 

The prices calculated are set by the courier companies and are based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel. 

Please note, customers in the Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur higher postage costs. 

If you are ordering from Ireland, the postage cost will also reflect the charges for shipping overseas. Please telephone the office with any questions 01630 673511



Delivery Methods:

We use UK Mail who deliver from 08.00 to 18.00 Mon to Fri, there are no deliveries on Sat or Sun
Saturday Deliveries may be possible under special request made with our customer services department

Next Day Delivery Service is usually through Royal Mail on lower weight items

Please note the above are guidelines only and Mytoolkit reserves the right to amend the original courier method if we feel an item exceeds the maximum dimensions or it is not possible to send all items in one parcel.



How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

When your goods have been dispatched you will receive a confirmation via email to the email address provided when you placed your order - it is important to provide us with an email address and telephone number on the checkout page as this can be the quickest and most efficient way of us contacting you.



Can I track my order?

Yes you can.
Once you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched, you can then call our customer service department on 01630 673511 simply tell us your Order ID Number which is shown on your order dispatched email and we can provide you with a tracking number and a link to the website to use the tracking number



My order is due to be delivered today, what time will it arrive?

Unfortunately we are unable to give specific delivery times. 



Do I have to sign for my delivery?

We send all our deliveries through a tracked service with UK Mail which do need to be signed for unless Special Request are made with our office during check out  - for example 'Please leave in porch' 'Please leave in a safe place' or 'Please leave with Neighbour'. 



Please note: Mytoolkit.co.uk and the contracted courier companies will Not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items left on special request at the customers premises or with any neighbours - when asked or documented within the customers order.

Can you deliver to an address other than my billing address?
Yes! but no special request can be made under these circumstances such as 'please leave in a safe place' or 'please leave with a Neighbour' the item will need to be signed for on delivery.
